I think this guy has just asked for the kit to be designed, don't think it is an actual club design.
That thread CCFCWALL posted has someone asking for a kit to be drawn to their design for use in Football Manager, it's not real. It says 'Kit Fantasys/Requests' and they even include the Siena strip they've used as a base.
Unless of course delpiero_10 on sortitoutsi.net is a big cheese in the merchandise department at the club, which seems unlikely. He'd have been fired for playing FM all day.

Plus those Kappa designs are not Kappa designs, the only thing that makes them Kappa is the sign. If you look at Portsmouth and Fulham this year, Kappa have a pretty distinct style. Personally i'd love Kappa kits. Think they look really nice but yeah that website is just people asking for a design to be made, nothing official whatsoever.
