TM gets sacked due to results on the pitch which he has to take responsibility for, we all agree on this part of the argument.

But can we start a thread on Tim Fisher because that fat twat has never taken any responsibility for anything he has done, which goes with the above. We see faces come and go, yet he still has the balls to turn up stuff his face and lie, cheat, hide behind every possible angle he can. If TM goes, Fisher should be opening the exit door and following him out, HAND IN HAND and jump in the clown car driven by JS and the rest of the circus we have had to suffer.

Get rid of the lot!

Darren Ferguson at Peterborough's the stand-out one, he's shown since he's nothing. Alan Stubbs is lucky to get a job as high as Rotherham, and you could argue the likes of Paul Heckinbottom at Barnsley could fit into that along with Nathan Jones at Luton - managers who turn up after someone else has sorted the mess out so they get a relatively easy ride.

They're the lucky ones, not Mowbray.

Instead of sacking the manger, why not question the fact that when we were sat at the top of league last season and we'd just sold maddison for x amount of millions none of it got re-invested into the side.

So it wasnt used last january cause we brought darius henderson and peter ramage in on the cheap , two of the worst so called professional footballers ive ever seen. So wheres that money this year?? Well again it hasnt been used this year either cause we missed out on all 5 of the centre halfs mowbray tried to sign and they didn't want to know...and we've had to gamble on the youth making a step up and players like sordell that were worth a few quid yonks ago but arnt much cop now.

And now the whole training ground fiasco...the failed ricoh talks, still fisher sprouts the same bs about this new stadium he's supposedly building. We've become a total joke and im quite glad that i didnt bother renewing my ST again.

Doesn't matter that it didn't get reinvested into the side, we had him back for the rest of the season.

The fact we were top of the league in November and soundly in the top 6 and we failed to make the play offs shows TM's managerial incompetence. It happened when he was at Middlesbrough too, twice.

I wanted him gone when things weren't going well. And now things have got worse I want him gone now.

Here is a question for you: why are Scunthorpe top of the league?

Partly because the club's better run. This can be demonstrated by the fact they're actually set to get their new ground in reality due to proper planning, and actually sorting out the financing and building plot. That's an example as to how the club is structurally better than us, allowing for a manager to slot in more easily, and find they are not distracted by the culture of chaos that surrounds the organisation.

OK, why did Northampton get promoted and are in the top 6? They were nearly liquidated last season weren't they?

I'm sorry but I find it incredibly bizzare that so few are not blaming the manager for being bottom of the league.

Would you go into work and perform 110% knowing your managers are trying their best to bring the company down making false promises to you and the customers snd not giving two fks about what you think.

Weve sacked several managers in the past 10 yeas under these clowns and nothing changes. Some of our fickle fans continue to think its the manager for our poor performance. You try building a house without mortar and see how you get on

Because since then we have seen the team get found out, we have seen him fail to react to us being found out, we have seen him do some strange things with bringing players in while saying something completely different, we have seen him make very strange substitutions, we have seen other managers make a change that completely changes the game and us fail to react.

You give the mortar example, we are in league 1. He is building housing association houses alongside other housing associations with the same budgets, nobody is expecting him to build stately homes on a housing association budget. It looks more like he has ordered too many doorbells and completely forgotten about the mortar.

He is an ex footballer and a manager (and as far as I know still getting paid as they agreed?). Whether he is playing cards on the team bus or tiddlywinks he should be wanting to win.

upfront missing good chances
defence playing well and then making ridiculous/unfortunate mistakes like turnball slip vs millwall or rickets missed header vs gillingham etc

bad luck wont last. we will start winning very soon

His post match interview after he took off Gadzev on left Bigi on his own about getting overrun in midfield. No shit sherlock.

When people say Mowbray isn't doing as good as he should be, I don't think a single person is moaning because we aren't top of the league.

Anyone else think that in the wake of Anderson leaving, us sacking Mowbray suddenly looks unlikely in the short-term? The dust probably needs to settle around new director(s) being appointed, especially as it's unlikely Venus would back sacking TM. The authority would have to come solely from our part-time chairman who would then have to lead the search for a new boss ...surely the sort of thing that TF would want to let the new Ops Director take the lead on when he/she has been in place for a couple of months.

Of course, TM might resign but I definitely do not see that happening. He is here to rebuild his reputation and that won't happen if he resigns when we're in perildown the bottom.

Yes he was manager while we were playing so well, but then we drastically fell apart, and that trend has continued. Remember Presley had us scoring for fun for a while, should we have kept him on indefinitely based on this? If not, how long do we give TM before we start thinking about sacking him?
I personally have had enough, blame what you like but for me the players are not getting the results, which is ultimately the managers fault.
I still think a win on Wednesday he should be given a couple more matches. Lose or draw he has to go

I think if we was better placed we would accept that but for christs sake we are bottom and now 3 points adrift.... not looking too good atm, the futures looking grim something has to change and very very very soon...if it is the manager or we sign a new player so be it but FFS we need something to start happening NOW !!!

I agree, it was depressing under Pressley's bad patch, however if we don't win I don't really care how many chances we create. If we were relagated whilst creating the most chances it don't really count for much.

We are 9 games in and not scoring goals...it needs addressing...we can all see it so when is it going to happen????? TM surely must see it and its down to him and his scouting/back room team to do something but it has waited until we are rock bottom of league 1 FFS he doesn't seem to be able to spot good players on a consistent basis or maybe they are good players and his managerial skills are not good enough to inspire them
