Priority this summer should be a Reda/Turner type player who is not always injured. The gamble with injury prone Reda failed, but there must be someone out there who can do a good job.

Mowbray shouldn't be sacked, but I hope that this is a reality check for people that drop 'In Mowbray we trust' for any slight criticism that he comes into.

The man management of players hasn't been right in my opinion. He has his favourites which he picks instead of what would be better for the team, and the omission of JOB (on his own head in the end I know) just doesn't sit right with me.

I think this current formation may need to be changed in the short term, but not necessarily changed forever. I think he just needs to amend who he plays. The fact that some players look like they aren't giving their best is a real concern for me.

I think most don't want him sacked. They just want him to see what we all see and do something about it.

At the moment it seems like he just hopes it all comes right again. Well it's not going to happen.

Teams aren't suddenly going to forget the way we play. They have all set out their stalls to nullify us and just 3 wins in 16 games clearly shows those systems are working.

You put a plan in place. The opposition then try and counter that plan and then you in turn try and make adjustments so your plan still works.

Have we seen any of that at all during this slump?

None at all. We try and counter act our opposition by bringing MAF on to try and hold the ball up and link others in. It don't work, needs a change of tactic and formation possibly. If in 16 attempts it's not really working but it was in the previous 18 it did something's changed clearly. Do you keep on in the belief of the next 12 it will work and be ok.... Or try something new, keep our opposition guessing.
I no what I'd do.
