Mowbray needs to go (2 Viewers)

If this was any other 'lower league' manager he would have been sacked.

TM has held onto his position because the owners feel they are batting above their average with Mowbray, his premiership status and connections to other teams has given him that sprinkle of 'stardust' that investors like - they might be right - but the performance in the second half of the season has been pathetic. He has, albeit on loan, had one of the strongest teams in years, and yet once they were 'found out' ( i.e teams figure out how Cov played after the first games had been played) he has been found seriously wanting.

Should he be sacked? His man management must come under some sort of scrutiny, he should be asked to explain the results and how he attends to address it. At the same time he should ask the owners if they will provide the resources? What happens if City don't win a game the rest of the season-should he stay? Will the Board invest? God knows they need to. If not, who knows.....who next..Cotterell?

Absolutely. Spot on.

My beef with Mowbray is the system he sees as the way forward. We are not scoring goals, we are hardly creating chances, get very few crosses into the box and when we do we don't get anywhere near enough bodies in the area. Also he sets up with 4 at the back and 2 in front of them which restricts us to playing mainly in our half, surrenders possession and pressure, no good, and the evidence since xmas proves it ain't working.
