Is that how much they are expected to be????

Unfortunately. They are charging Watford and Wrexham £34 for lower tier and £36 for the upper for a Monday and Friday night fixtures.

How many does the end hold? Our sold out was 3,064 but I think the end holds more which is part of the reason it looks worse than actual.

Last year's some out away end at Millwall. Plenty empty seats there too.

I'd say about 70% of people with tickets were there last night. Really not bad.

Big difference to 10 years ago where we'd take about 800.

Looks a lot more full to how it seemed. We were directly behind the goal, lower tier, second row from back. Five or six seats either side of us were empty. Could actually sit down a and still see the game.

I don't think we'll take that many for the league fixture when it's 35 quid.

I won't be doing league fixture. Not necessarily because of the cost but just the thought of driving through the centre of London so soon after doing it last night. Hate driving in London.

Oh it’s a very good turnout no doubt. But I do think it shows that quite a few people bought tickets just for the points. Kind of inevitable when they’re priced so cheap but still a shame considering that many people missed out.

I don't know how but they definitely need to sort it out. Know a few London-based fans who wanted to go but couldn't get one

Another problem is that because people were going at people for selling tickets, some probably didn't even bother to shift theirs

4000 but they have limited to 3000.
That will surely account for lots of the spaces then. There were 3 rows at the bottom netted off, but that wont account to many at all as there were more in use and the top certainly has more in than the bottom - I'd say max 500 at absolute outside netted off, so 500 of the empty seats were always designed to be. Looking at the photo if there are 3,500 available seats, then there must have been 2,500 City fans (only 500 not used) which would mean roughly 1 seat in 3 empty and that feels about right (more space down, less up)

Edit - actually looking at the photo again, probably a few more but certainly I'd say 2,000+

why are you changing the debate? you said there wouldn't be many fans who just brought for the points and yes there was

750-1000 point collectors who had no intention of going. Feel for the ones who missed out. I hope next year it’s either just 10 points or normal prices so less of an incentive to buy and not go.
