He's using a charity line as it again destroys another one of his arguments.

It disguises the fact it was a bid and a bid far higher than it's worth. He clings to these pathetic one liners to try and worm his way out of the truth.

But whenever SISU made an offer that was accepted they changed the offer and never paid any money.

Keep it ticking over, then sell it to CCFC once we have new owners / things get sorted.

Which is what I always wanted. But can anyone honestly say that they think that SISU would have left our club when they still had a chance of getting the arena on the cheap?

Tell you what, I've this sneaking suspicion that this case is being financed by interests other than SISU, to open a back door for other compo cases from the government. This might explain the delay, because the judgement could have far reaching consequences.
