another 3 points and again only 2,000 paying into SISUs coffers.

Make no mistake, SISU will be hurting.

Great result for the team.

Great result for NOPM.

Why did we find it so hard to get the winner I have to ask? Has some of the gloss (Wilson and co) gone off our game plan? I hope not. I really want to put it down to a tough kind of opposition set up. But we will face plenty of that type of tactic throughout the season.

4 points from 7 games after a 10 point deduction. 3 points from 7 games last season without points deduction. Huge credit to Pressley and the young lads. Onwards and upwards now!

I think it was the opposition set up stifled us somewhat but we will have to get used to that if our form continues

We're gonna have to learn to grind results out as we're not gonna score 3/4 every week

we were excellent, getting a bit better at the back we still need more defensive cover, hopefully next week Leon will put his boots on the right way round!!! I suppose if he was a good finisher he wouldn't be playing at this level

Don't get me wrong I'm pleased as punch but I sensed a slight struggle to get the ball in the net today if I'm honest. It was not all about Wilson today and Clarkes finishing was weak from what I heard? Just a worry that's all...but wins do give confidence.

Harsh assessment, he's a very able finisher for this level, not far off McG.

I get the feeling as the season wears on, we may play 5 in midfield, Wilson up front on his own, or a Manset and Wilson, Leon is playing well, scoring + creating goals, but his position may become vulnerable as SP rates Manset v v highly.

Possibly but Clarke is only 1 of 4 senior players in the squad so it would be brave to drop him. Also consider that Clarke is the vice captain shows Pressley rates him highly

Stuart implying to a caller that if you watch the Sheffield united match on tv then isn't he going against the NOPM campaign? What a muppet. Sisu get the Tv money regardless of how many viewers are watching. Of course you would watch the match if it was your team playing on tele.
