Why did we find it so hard to get the winner I have to ask? Has some of the gloss (Wilson and co) gone off our game plan? I hope not. I really want to put it down to a tough kind of opposition set up. But we will face plenty of that type of tactic throughout the season.

we were excellent, getting a bit better at the back we still need more defensive cover, hopefully next week Leon will put his boots on the right way round!!! I suppose if he was a good finisher he wouldn't be playing at this level
Possibly but Clarke is only 1 of 4 senior players in the squad so it would be brave to drop him. Also consider that Clarke is the vice captain shows Pressley rates him highlyHarsh assessment, he's a very able finisher for this level, not far off McG.
I get the feeling as the season wears on, we may play 5 in midfield, Wilson up front on his own, or a Manset and Wilson, Leon is playing well, scoring + creating goals, but his position may become vulnerable as SP rates Manset v v highly.
