Higgs case finally gets a mention. I thought the point of the higgs case was to bring into the public domain a load of stuff Sisu could use in this jr.
Do we actually get to hear from any of the protagonists or is it
Qcs only?

There's a few (6) spaces in court today. Passed Tim Fisher leaving the room as I came in with Dave (from KCIC) and Pat Abel. No sign of him since but I want to collar him to get his thoughts on how he thinks things are going.

Joy is sitting on the back row of the main courtroom (where all the legal teams are) next to Carter-Silk & Laura Deering.

Oo...TF just arrived and sitting in front of me with JS's father-in-law & Kieran Crowley (writes for the CCFC website).

Also on back row of main court area is Chris West (council finance director)

Away to the right is the press (Simon Gilbert, Keith Perry for CT; Clive Eakin for CWR. Alos with Christine Ford (council legal #2) and on the row behind them, Marilyn & Peter K-H and Paul Harris. Others behind a pillar.

Oooooo! Sisu QC has just conceded that ACL were trying to drive down the price of the debt and that they could service a £15m loan

It's kind of disappointing that they are literally using the arguments we've seen on here every day. I was hoping for something new to discuss/argue about.

And what a dubious thought, that some of us have been inspiration for this!

Now if they'd like to waive a nice large consultancy in front of me, I can bitch and whinge professionally!

Judge quizzing CCC QC on value of loan & stadium now. Got to love his facial expressions. Various versions of 'Yeah, right'.

Our lowest point according to Stuart 'Cossy' Cosgrove. And a fair few others.

Was speaking to a CCFC person remembering that era before court this morning. ('Is that Ken sitting on the bench?'; 'No, don't be silly'; 'Bloody hell, it is! WTF?!')

Council QC referring to Cov Tel Jan 17 story about CCFC wanting talks with ACL after the council loan deal had been done.
He says Sisu went back on £400,000 rent deal after the loan deal. “Sisu scuppered plan A.”
“A disastrous decision by Sisu.”
Club’s decision to renege on rent deal led to administration.

But apparently it was Gate Aid.

Simon Gilbert @TheSimonGilbert · 47s Coun QC reads out council comms which seem to show they believed council / ACL loan deal would give club more room for manoeuvre with rent.

how come the other thread was closed to open up "day 2".

Does that mean on match day threads we close it at half time and open up a "2nd half" thread ?

CCC QC reading in emails between PwC, Deloittes and ACL re: ACL cost savings – prospect for ACL being sustainable

Refutes Sisu assertion that CCC didn't have this info before loan meeting

Is it looking like the Council will be going all day tomorrow as well? Or might we have an early finish?

Council QC says Deloitte and PWC both saw scope for cost-cutting at ACL to allow it to become sustainable.

Bear in mind that the CCC QC will be trying to give a positive spin to his side.

Judge listening a lot. Well, he was staring out of the window just now. Making copious notes so maybe some questioning to come soon.

Personally I'd love a fast forward to the home stretch tomorrow

Into the last half hour of the day...
