You'd have to manually filter out set pieces I think.

This is one of the points I keep trying to raise when O'Hare gets stick over his final ball. Whilst yes it's not always brilliant, everything good we do usually goes through him.
Bearing in mind every other player in this list is a set piece taker I think he comes out of it pretty well.

Yeah I was looking at this the other day, he comes out really well. Still frustrates the hell out of me mind.

A bit like last year with Matty James, told we have no money and then come up with a quality signing

Can't see him leaving in this window, but possibly in the summer. We would have to replace him anyway to give us options and back-up

Exactly.

Our resident expert though said that if Bidwell signs then it means Dabo must be leaving.

Would rather lose Walker, we have options with strikers

Still counts though. Which is funny because Kane's cross for the OG doesn't count! Work that one out!

Walker to Pompey makes sense but wouldn't a relegation threated Champ club be interested.

Posh for example could do with someone like him and they love getting strikers in.

Great signing…. Our back line is class and we own most of it. Can see Chelsea letting us get our hands on C-S. we keep pulling these players out the bag.

So you didn't say this?

" Dabo on his way if this happens which I think is fair enough "

OK.

With Dabo and Maatsen out for all of the transfer window I think we’ll hold onto Dacosta for now. Whatever you think of him he’s the only reserve wing back we have really. Though you could argue that about Pask at CB and we shipped him out so maybe.

Don't want him there particularly, but Gus could do the rwb role. Played in that area in Holland? Can whip in a ball I would have thought.

Good experienced signing in a position we're woefully low on numbers.

This rubber stamps our constant improvement on paper. Slow and steady (tempted to say rapid) progress.

Untill the last few years we relying on loans 4/5. and the players we had on contracts were short term 1 or 2 years not to mention about 4 or 5 academy products! mind blowing when you consider the length of contracts and extensions to Godden/Hyam/Ohare etc.

Absolutely, and I can see this being a similar signing to Kane. Signed as a fringe player/cover and ends up first team regular

Absolutely.

People like to moan about a lack of signings and there have been a few posts on here recently about other teams around us signing players this window while we do nothing.

But I would much rather do it the way we do - waiting for the right players to become available, carrying out the right due diligence etc - than panic buying and signing a bunch of players we don't need that we can't get rid of, leaving us no better off on the pitch and worse off financially like many teams in this division.

All the major positions filled now, if we count JCS who is obviously joining in the summer , really interested to see where we improve next as there’s no obvious position.
