Go to Settings > Display and Brightness on your iPhone.

You can choose light or dark mode or automatic switching based on time. The site follows that setting.

As @shmmeee says, if you have your phone set to Dark Mode it will follow that.

@Nick Alerts have become patchy at best. No alerts for posts on a thread or likes etc... just started happening a few days ago

All alert and push settings are checked ...but It says ‘Push Notifications Not Supported’.
