Work with one of the local independent micro breweries to brew a range of Sky Blues beers that can be sold before the game, perhaps setting up a beer tent outside the ground as well as distributing to local pubs.

I agree with that, both Byatts and Dhillons have brewery taps near the ground, but this is definitely something the club should pursue. Be great if they could agree a couple of quid off a match ticket for people who buy a pint or two at Byatts or whatever.

Why not go all the way buy up one of the local dying pubs have the players run the bar,
Make it a Sky Blue Heaven pictures, memorabilia, old skb videos.
Could call it Highfield road, put on busses to home games, take back merchandising and have a shop in one of the rooms, even sell 9n the gate tickets with free bus travel to the ground.
