Bakers performance? Show any signs of a revival?

Baker was okay, some nice touches.

Can't remember who captain was, think it was Wood.

Hungarian looked good, energetic, strong and looked good on the ball.

What flavour pie was it?

Was it warm? Crispy? Had it been sitting on a hot plate for long?

What colour was the foil tray it came in? Was the gravy of a substantial thickness and how strong were the plastic forks served with it?

Bail it on the pies, boring and not funny.

Brown was okay, very good on the ball but a bit erratic defensively.

Barton controlled the game, brilliant technique and a good passer, didn't shy from the tackle.

Ball was okay, strong, holds it up well and is determined to get in the box, he'll score goals for sure.

So the pie was boring and unfunny.

That was all I needed to know, cheers.

How was the coffee?

Wood as captain, good. That conflicts with the CT's pre-season special referring to him as "the outgoing Richard Wood".
