Huge Explosion in Warwick

It's a Press Association report saying currently no patients, but clearly that can change.
 
My auntie whose husband works there , reckons 'some' people haven't got out

Sorry Bugsy, I wasn't questioning your authenticity, just hopeful based on their reporting that you'd been misinformed.
 
Just dangerous speculation. Don’t really think they’d be certain of casualties until aftermath.
 
Having been fairly close to this, gotta say it was a hell of a sight. I fear for anyone around the area, and hope somehow everyone is okay

No my apologies Rob didn't mean to come across aggressive or arsey with urself mate, if I did, just don't like being falsely accused of anything. I've spoken with my uncle briefly and he is in a right state.

I really shouldn't have said anything.

No worries mate, perfectly understandable, equally didn't want you thinking I was calling you out. Hope he'll be ok.

There are still plumes of smoke coming off it even now. Will be wearing a mask when I leave the house for the next few days

On a serious note, just had first glimpse from Charter Ave. Guessing the slight blue tinge in the smoke is from something chemical?

I'm basically at ground zero, no other colours in the smoke. There wouldn't be either based on the probable chemicals concerned

And there was the recycling place near Wellesbourne a few weeks back. Quite an astonishing sequence of serious workplace accidents with pollution and environmental consequences really.
 
Do the news reporters ask witnesses to describe the basic characteristics of fire? What a waste of an interview.
