Saka has been the best player so far, always willing to have a go and winning his battle. Nothing coming down their left.

Much more positive performance for the most part. Simms looks to have the bit between his teeth and can count himself unlucky not to have scored.

Doing the right things but not much clear cut created.
Intentional pun?

To me, it looks like we're dominating possession and deserve to be in the lead, but also it feels a bit pedestrian at times. I'd like a second goal, but then, who wouldn't!

Definitely enjoying Saka getting a lot of the ball, not sure their full back has an answer to that at the moment.

Improvement from last game with more to come I think.

Sakamoto again looks lively but I’m not convinced by him at RWB. Simms looks more fired up today and is showing exactly why he can be a handful.

A win is always good, but the team looks in need of a confidence boost so let’s hope we hold on.

Been impressed with Binks and Simms and Eccles is having a very good game and is controlling the game in the middle of the park.

Need to be on our guard now though, because I don't think Huddersfield will be as poor in this second half

How's the defence, midfield holding up?

One of the things that was talked about on here was the knock-on affect from this which was causing an attacking issue.

Any better?

We are letting them back in

We are - he needs to make sure he uses subs when we tire not that there are many non defender options

Marginally. Bink's and Thomas stepping out of defence quite a bit. Thomas has made a few errors doing so though.
