If we spend anything less than £60m then I would worry about our chances of breaking the Derby points record

Almost impossible. The Blunts team that came down a couple of years back was genuinely hideous and still didn't, I don't know why people bring it up with the promoted teams every year tbh. On the face of it looking at teams going into a season you'd have said Luton would be closest to it but they somehow finished above 2 other teams (including previously mentioned hideous Blunts team.)
