Look I am out of here ... this all pointless .. Guys... save your energy for the JR in June ... getting worked up for nothing.
What you really want to see is a transcript of the reason for the Judges verdict ... then we can judge.

See post 67 page 7, Bennets Afro kindly posted the transcripts. Day 3 at the end shows the judges reasoning and verdict.
Hardly anything to brag about.

I would hate her going to the JR not knowing about this vital piece of information, it might make her look silly in court !

I am flipping through the transcript which will take me while (at work) but from what I can seen so far.. it is not looking favourable for ACL/CCC.

I'd have made out I was on a wind up then offered anyone who disagreed with me to meet in the Wheatsheaf tonight.
To be fair to him though, people are using the original Sisu bit as proof too. As people have said the quoted emails could be taken out of context, but for me what we do see in them is enough to put some blame on the council. Which backs up what I've thought since day one. So damn right it's being used.
The argument is though that the council are only 14.7% to blame, so as SISU have a higher percentage, we will only blame them rather than EVERYONE who has a part to play in the mess. Will be interesting to see the KCIC response to the outcome.
