The signing of Simms suddenly made me very optimistic for the summer I must admit. All of a sudden have a feeling we'll spend more money than many thought.I should imagine that Simms would have been given assurance about who his team mates are/will be before he put pen to paper and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have done so without a guarantee that Hamer would be staying.
