Agree with the first bit. Surely he'd go to Fulham or Forest ahead of Middlesbrough. However, I do think he would command a fee in excess of £10 million.

I hope your right and we do get over £10m for him if he leaves! I’m sure robins will get £1m of it to replace him!

North Yorkshire is a lovely spot of the country to be fair and some top property. Where the old series of Heatbeat was filmed Goathland only about 40 miles away there are some real desirable villages and swanky houses. around there.

Plenty of desirable places to live near Middlesbrough that are preferable to Leamington or Warwick

That was just so he could meet his xSWF (expected selfies with fans) clause in his contract.

Coventry city used to own a standard 3 bedroom house in Allesley Park, where they housed players.
My Mrs parents bought it from the club.

Pangfield Park opposite the golf course, George Curtis definitely lived there and a couple of others were in the area.

We used to play football on what is now the pitch and put course opposite Allesley Old Rd. in the summer holidays back in the sixties. Games would go on all day long on a daily basis when boys would get called home by their mothers for a sandwich and then come back and join in the game. George Curtis would often stop and watch whilst walking his dog over the fields. Great memories of a different time.

That will be Plange

I cannot even stress enough how much selling Viktor and replacing him with a loan player would annoy me and really sap my optimism to be honest - Stinks of a complete lack of ambition from the club
