Not there this year, failed to get tickets, so TV it is...

For anyone who wants to see just how many stages and bands there are, google glastonbury clashfinder.

Not been for years. Think I'm going to go next year

Still a nightmare getting tickets then?

Sold out in 36 minutes. My son hasn’t missed one in 19 years, but even he missed out this year.

I’ve been down three times, twice got in, once didn’t. Never had official tickets.

To be fair it’s a few years now since I last went, it was Faithless then Coldplay headlining on the Saturday, and I think they’d just put the new fences up.

It was only a few years ago after Bowie died and we were talking about it that I actually remembered I’d seen him live at Glasto on the Sunday. How the fuck do you forget you saw Bowie live? In fact I do, but let’s not go there.....

Say what you like about it but I’ve had some amazing times there and you really do see some fucked up stuff.

Not been for 8 years but am thinking about going next year. Hopefully they can get someone a bit better than fucking Stormzy headlining.

I tried but Stormzy isn't for me. Fair play to the bloke though. Doubt I'm the target audience anyway.

Got Carrie Underwood on the live stream at the moment, she put on a great show at the NEC last night, not sure it will be you're average Glastonbury goers thing though.

Radio 1 have been going on about the Stormzy set all morning. Biblical is the latest description. Everyone's raving about it apparently. I watched a little bit but certainly wasn't blown away.

Did make me laugh that they keep on about him being the first black headliner and him using it to deliver a political message. Every shot of the crowd it was all middle class white kids!

dont understand everyone going ‘stormzys audience was full of middle class white people’ - so what? It’s on tv anybody can watch it so to a lot of people it would have been a big deal (not my scene personally). Just because he’s a black fella from a council estate doesn’t mean white people cant enjoy the music or care about the political issues- do not understand that logic whatsoever

Just looked to see who are headlining tonight ? The Killers. Good band but thought they'd get a bigger louder rock band or act. That's my opinion but they are popular.

The problem now B, not just for Glastonbury but all big festivals, is there are so few big acts to choose from.
Record companies hardly develop acts any more.
The big acts we grew up with took time and money to develop.
With the advent of streaming record companies would rather take some ready made talent show winner, bash out an album full of covers and a couple of original pop songs written by one of their song writers then fuck them off and move on to the next one.

Watched Stormzy last night as my lad wanted to see him, musically not for me bit I'm getting on now, needs to pull his trousers up and the guy at the back who is on the decks and helping with the vocals should get equal billing.

Can't beat Monsters Of Rock now Download festival. Seen ACDC, Ozzy, Motorhead, Sabbath, Saxon, Deep Purple and loads more great bands. We went every year, always a great day. Still love rock music but this years Glastonbury line up looks a bit flat ?

From my experience of Glastonbury the line up is incidental.
There's another side to it you don't see on tv, that's where the carnage happens.

I quite like listening to stormzy when interviewed, as I do Professor Green.

Oasis were shite, 1 good album, couldn't put on a live show which Noel admitted.

However, after the high flying birds disaster I quite like Liams new album.
