At home! LOL!!!
Admin - can you sort this bl00dy site out!!! I use the little paper icon at the top of a post to determine whether I've previously read it or not, but for some reason I keep getting the same posts that I've read millions of times before appearing with a blue 'unread' icon rather than a white 'read' icon! And some of them are on multiple threads as well!!! I'm reading the same things over and over again! Can you please sort it out?!?! Thanks in advance!

It never ceases to amaze me that anyone with a differing opinion is labelled a SISU puppet/rent boy/plant/employee, etc. Paffetick innit.

Yet people daring to question SISU are branded "sheep" and "narrow minded"

It works both ways.

That can't be happening often. The only people who aren't questioning Sisu aren't really people so much as 'controversial' user accounts.

Yeovil fc with average attendances of 4000 per match, had a turnover of 2 million pounds including sponsorship and tv rights. Expenditure of 4 million pounds. Only kept the wolves from the door by selling key players. CCFC have attendances of 2000 no team sponsor or ground advert revenue.Definitely no tangible players of great value. Could lose 2 million pounds per season. 10 million over 5 years . Great business plan. CCFC have no money to build a stadium, they want to do a Bryan Richardson. Find a site, get private investor to build a retail park with a with stadium. Then sell it to a investment company like prologis . And ccfc rent the stadium back . More likely at a higher rent than ricoh.CCFC will be forever strangled with an anvil around the neck cost. But Sisu make a handsome return on their idea

Yeovil got promoted with a wage budget of around £750,000. I struggle to get your point.

i read the title thread, from the invaluable one,
who may, in time, become valuable to this debate,
plus a couple of pages, and the answer is,
to write down the alphabet & then place the numbers 1 to 26 below each letter;
the relevant equation being;
G+13 = T, R-11 = F, E+4 = I, N+5 = S, D+4 = H, E+or-0 = E, L+6 = R,

And when I tipped Yeovil last season for promotion and put money on them at big odds I got called various versions of idiot. So how often does a club like Yeovil get promoted?

When Blackpool got promoted from the championship they had a smaller wage budget than us.

Was it one of the smallest budgets for the division though?

I don't know. I did know one of the players at the time and if he was anything to go by I would think so! There were some first teamerd on less than £100k

Fact Sisu are in it for the long haul. The staff were told that last week. They were also told it will probably get worse before it gets better. As for the new stadium ,until the ground has been broken I don't think anyone can take that as fact.

It's only a fact if it happens. 'The staff were told' doesn't make it a fact that SISU will be here long term. More believable is the 'it probably will get worse' bit (but that's not a fact until it happens. What does 'it will probably get worse' mean? The kids will start to lose regularly? We are going to sell some players? We got it wrong thinking we would have 7 sell outs?

We're all just guessing, as there's naff all else to do (except those taking action of one form or another) PUSB

I know a lad signed up with them. They are very careful (tight) with their money. Rules are that they have to give a payrise as the lads get older. They offer them an extra £20 a week to keep within the rules. They do have a very large pot for all to share if they get promotion though. Think it was 1.2m last time.
