We can't keep playing him for one game and then when he does not score drop him. That will just destroy what little confidence he has. If TM is not willing to give him a run of games, then either offload him or loan him out.

Why give him a run of games if he is clearly ineffective? He needs to leave in my opinion. The team has so far looked far better without him and when he did get chances he fluffed them.

Interesting, now fast forward 12 months and we're pissed he's off for a better pay day and not staying in league two with us.
