Now I’ve only seen the statue a couple of times and I think it looks really good and is a great tribute to arguably our greatest managers in their greatest moment but…

…when Ive looked at the depiction of John Sillet I can’t help thinking it looks like Neil Kinnock.

I agree. Almost always going to be huge similarity between two balding men of a similar vintage. There are in photos so almost certainly will be in statues / sculptures.
