FZ Upgrade

To cut a long story short, I have one adult and 2 U14 STs in the FZ. One U14 no longer wants to attend and has Saturday football now anyway.

I've asked to upgrade this to an adult but been told no. Does this mean there will be 1 single unsellable ticket in the FZ all season. This logically seems a bit strange?

Yep I have had that for the last 2 years! The Mrs has a season ticket as well as me and my son but we had another child and she obviously couldnt come anymore so the seat has been empty for last 2 seasons!

I guess I will get a bit of free extra leg room/room for bags/coats etc!

Also means if you bring a mate they can sit next to you no matter where there ticket is for

Why have they not looked at the issue of leftover single seats. This isn't the first time this has been raised as an issue and given they seem desperate to squeeze every penny out of us you'd think this would be looked at.

Easy thing to do, although possibly not popular, is to say if you're not renewing the same number you have to release your existing seats and buy new ones in line with the 'can't leave a single seat' policy.

Given its an age restricted zone every season there will be single tickets that can't be renewed as someone is now too old.

Buy it anyway at U14 then either upgrade the ticket for games match by match, put it up for refund or upgrade to adult once season has started.

its not like the rest of the ground. people can't kick off about being moved on the basis they've had the same seats since the ground opened. its an age restricted area thats only been there for a few seasons.

Based on last season, there is no refund/voucher for an U14 sale, and you could only do it as all 3 rather than less.

He's not listed the rules regarding exchanges for this season as far as I'm aware.

This, the whole zone is basically full of transients really. Everyone will move on eventually
