Oh, OK. So privately you think they all should be there. But you disagree that CCC should attend a public meeting. Why's that?

There is a very good chance that there are no innocent parties, but Higgs could be. That was what the judge said, but we don't know the whole story. But the odds are that some are more guilty than others.

And there shouldn't be any hiding places for anyone in the negotiations. They should all be there. Otherwise they could come to an agreement where the only one that don't turn up objects to any agreement.

Any new owners would want the same deal as SISU. IMO, no new owner would accept the previous rental deals from the council, and would seek something similar to what SISU have tried. It would be interesting to see people's reaction if ACL continued with the same stance, I am certain that posters on here would agree that new owners should accept whatever terms ACL offer.

If you seriously think that the only way back to the Ricoh is through KCIC, then you are seriously deluded.

If you read my post again I said OR through a third party. It doesn't have to be KCIC but theirs is the current proposal. Regarding new owners is it not glaringly obvious to you that new owners will be capable of dealing with CCC / Acl direct. And capable of negotiating new terms with no animosity.
This is why the best way for CCFC to move forward would be to part with Sisu.
If Sisu are going to be still involved the only way is through a third party.

I agree CCFC should depart from SISU but the club is not viable and wouldn't be if at the Ricoh under the terms of the KCIC offer (for what is known of it).

Part of me thinks that all of this arguing over how the club is run etc is pointless. Football on the whole is morally and nearly financially bankrupt and CCFC's situation is just a symptom of that.

Do you think Financially we'd be better of staying put at Suxfields?

(for the benefit of torch i have put a ? at the end of the sentance, so it is a question i am not insinuating anything ;) )

So you think SISU are good for CCFC and you like playing in Northampton? Interesting.

So, will we or will we not get Sisu's vision for the club and how it stacks up financially. O

Which is where a forum is a total waste of time.

Now... a nice Powerpoint presentation, followed by some open and honest responses to questions via the medium of their website, and we may (maybe) (start) to get somewhere...

Fine by me.

Send it out in a glossy brochure filled with pictures of smiling City fans for all I care. Give me something to be excited about. Bored arguing over what did or didn't happen in a conference room 2 years ago now. Sell me on the vision, I want to be excited.
