Do many drink in walsall beforehand or stay drinking in birmingham? I'm in walsall but wondered if its worth grabbing the train to new street for the pre match beers.

That we are not favourites. In a draw where we could have got pub teams. Not even a league 2 side. Shit draw for me. I don't care about fans having a piss up. Football is all that matters to me. And I would like another cup run

Walsall won't stop us having a good cup run.

No excuse to not back the boys - just up the road, winnable and need to keep the feelgood factor going - also gives us the chance to utilise the squad.

Got a feeling the game will be chosen for the Sunday half of the draw, seeing as blues and West Brom at home on the Saturday

Birmingham, West Brom and Walsall are all at home this weekend - it won't make a difference to when we play.

What I. Am hoping for is.....

a) a home draw

And

B) not someone in our league.

Looking forward to it. When is the draw on?

Reasonable draw that. Probably will result in us playing a few of the squad members as opposed to the usual suspects who make up the starting X1

It's local, winnable, if we lose there is no embarrassment and we can play fringe players if we want (and I can walk there) - what's not to like!?

The fact that we have to go there twice in a season....once is enough

Good draw, just up the road, decent away support have to get certain percentage of tickets I believe, arguably being the most attractive tie of the round if you take in league positions West Midland derby etc, so possibly good candidate for TV, somehow doubt that though.

Problem is, it's pretty much in the arse end of nowhere.

Beers in the centre are a shout as transport is decent to the stadium.

There's a working men's club kind of thing right underneath the ground which does cheap beer and is right next to the away end entrance, iirc. Hardly lively though, unless there's a SBA takeover.

Leeds are at WBA that day. New Street station should be fun.
