Saw some financial stats about our clubs in the europa and conference league against the European clubs at the same level, the differential was huge.
Premier league has a huge advantage.
Would I love us to get into Europe, yes of course especially after missing out in 1987. In reality it’s now like playing against clubs two leagues below in terms of financial capability.
Fair play to Villa and Palace but the champions league is where it’s at in terms of a real competition.
