The navy should be deployed to turn them back.

I’m fairly confident that person who made the comments about Sunak was a Channel 4 put up. No one talks like that, racist or otherwise

And how do they turn them back? What do they do if they don’t? What if they’re already in British waters?

and aah yes. You remind me of that woman who was questioned on Farage’s voting on employees rights , she replied “no - not my nige”

The French are laughing their tits off at us. We’re paying them to relieve their own immigration problems

Well if you’re asking me to formulate a policy, I’d say there would be three options.

1) They can voluntarily go back to their home country
2) Forcibly removed back to their home country if possible
3) Sent to somewhere like West Falkland or St Helena where their basic needs will be met

Well 1 obviously isn’t happening. 2 only happens if you’ve got a ln agreement with their home country. 3 is basically what we’re doing except places we don’t have to build entire infrastructure to feed and house thousands and it’s causing riots.

Treating asylum seekers like Napoleon seems a bit out of left field

No country’s immigration problems are caused by a few thousand asylum seekers.

I do wonder how we could stop a Russian invasion if we can’t even stop a few dingys

If only we hadn't given a big middle finger to the EU while declaring that we could take control of our own borders

Yes. Concentration camps were well known for providing safety, plenty of food, and a comfortable place to sleep.
They can choose to return home if they don’t like it

No no it’s pure coincidence this entire problem only started once we did Brexit. Just chance we had decades without it then suddenly thousands at once once we left. Just bloody unlucky us.

I could guess, but I talked about something factual i.e. Reform leaders have said openly racist and anti-Semitic things in the past.

Inferring people endorse sex offenders because they ask questions about attitudes to asylum seekers isn't the same thing.

No, I am being factual too.

If somebody votes for somebody who supports sex offenders then using your logic, they are a sex offender themselves right?

And you can’t see why reform are seen as fascist? Do you just want to stick an armband on all immigrants with a massive “I” on it and whilst we’re at it add it to all Turkish barbers?

I mean if they vote for The Sex Offenders Party who’s main and pretty much only policy is “stop prosecuting sex offenders” yeah it’s a fair shout.

No I think they’re annoyed full stop and will grasp to any half baked rationale they can find. I also think people like you think everyone thinks like you do when we have the data to know what “people” think and mostly they’re either confused or slightly annoyed but not enough to have to say pay more taxes to stop it.

We must have stock of old muskets and things we can train people up on to prevent people arriving.

A bit like how the general public are hunting pedophiles themselves and tkaing the law into their own hands.

I thought the logic was if you voted for somebody who had said or done something then you are the same so that people can just cry "racist" about anybody who voted reform?

Gets a bit murky when you dive into that logic doesn't it?

If a Turkish barber has broken the law, like the boat people have, then yes include them in it.

You seem to think we have an obligation to the boat people. They aren’t our problem

We kind of do… we signed the Refugee convention. We also got rid of all the legal routes into the country so the only way in is illegally on a boat.

we could have sent them back, but dammit - we left the Dublin agreement

No the logic is if you vote for a fascist far right party you’re far right and a fascist. These are defined words with meanings. You keep pulling it back to “racist” which is an opinion on what someone who wants to deport all brown people because one killed some kids are.

And yes Rupert Lowe supports deportation of legal UK citizens based on ethnicity.
