There's a thought - Nige leaves Reform stating it's lost its way, then sets up yet another party so he can continue sniping and grifting from the sidelines telling everyone they're doing it wrong and how he'd do it better.

Don't really know enough about the background or the plans to give much analysis but one year renewable permits sound like they want people to come and work which would tie with a couple of statements in that article
