Actually I did nothing of the sort

I pointed out the dishonest empty tributes made when this man died. Rayner and her ilk are without quality. She called ALL Tories homophobic, misogynistic racist scum. It’s a fact. It’s on record - she refused to apologise

While we are at it her mentor Jon McDonnell of course once said what’s a dead Tory after the Brighton bombing - a start and of course said he wished he’d assinatated thatcher

That’s the left - not moderate Labour - but the snarling bitter class war left that Rayner is a part of

compare her lack of grace and dignity to the man who died

She isn’t fit to lick his boots

Lack of grace and dignity? Maybe you need to look at yourself.

Looking better.

Plenty of anti-immigration rhetoric coming up to try and reverse the trend no doubt.

An electoral pact with the LDs and Greens just to get the Tories out? Hmmm

The poll the other day of course put the Tories 15 points ahead and this poll seems mainly to get traction in tbe anti Johnson Mail on Sunday - which is significant

Outside the realms of that the Tories aren’t going to get over half the vote in all probability. So it again begs the question above

The Yougov poll that had a 15 point lead has shrunk to 10, and seems to be an outlier.

it doesn’t as the day Labour stand down people from seats is the day they acknowledge they Are a fringe party

There are more anti-Tories than Tories in this country, given that Labour will not win outright I’m struggling to see how else you get them out.

Been a few articles stirring up between PM and treasury ,who incede tally are seemingly manipulating how data is released from the ONS.

There are also more anti Labour than Labour. There's no appetite from Lib Dem voters to buddy up with Labour. If there was they'd just vote Labour.

I see that neither Labour or Lib Dem’s are going to stand a candidate in the Leigh on Sea by election that sadly is now going to happen. A great gesture from both parties in tragic circumstances.

you also make an assumption no one would defect to Tories and they very much would - also coalition governments have ugly outcomes for the parties propping up the main one

Also searching a property in Kentish Town. If that's where he lives then he's travelled quite a way and for some reason he's singled Amess out - but why?
Seems really strange.

Because of Angela Rayner's comments, apparently.

But seriously, I'm guessing if it was an Islamist terror attack he wanted a high profile target and thought an MP would fit the bill? Don't know, but that would be my guess.

But if the house they're searching in Kentish Town is his residence why did he travel to Southend?
There are Tory constituencies closer to him than there.
Amess's voting record isn't particularly controversial, as far as middle Eastern policy I'd say its pretty much aligned with most tory mps.

So do why do you and people like your mate 'the excellent' Dan Hodges keep mentioning her if it's nothing to do with her? It's the angle you went with at first because you jumped to conclusions before it was announced as an Islamic terror attack.

Reasonable profile, but not top drawer so security less?

More accessible than many?

As not London, less nearby security?

Early in the alphabet to pick?!?

Hodges is a hypocritical scum bag - and yes that description is totally deserved because he’s deliberately choosing this language and behaviour.

Did wonder if maybe his surgery was less security conscious than the London consituencies.
And if that is the reason then a lot of planning and research went into this murder.

Yep and the editors should be pulled up on putting a big picture of Rayner under the headline. So obvious what they are doing.

Or perhaps because this MP was openly Catholic and spoke more about his faith and that gave some extra motive for the killer.

Possibly. Of course my take is based on the assumption the residence in Kentish Town is his which it may not be.
Though if it isn't that opens up a load more questions.

Agree that it’s just hypocritical when he’s used similar language in the past however looking at the article he makes some valid points, as did Matthew syed in a Sunday times article a few weeks back. The language used around MPs/politicians/politics is unhealthy. I personally think there is plenty of incompetence (in all parties) however I don’t agree when words such as ‘evil’ are tossed around. I find the hated towards people who ultimately have relatively slightly different views just a bit weird really

....although I can understand it when talking about people on the extremes like BNP etc
