How could you not? Our club has literally been destroyed in front of our eyes. Blame who you like but the result is still the same. We've been badly let down.

I'm not depressed about it, i'm just resigned and less and less interested. I haven't even attempted to get Wembley tickets because i just cannot be arsed.
I'm going regularly now to watch my local non-league side who are a brilliant little club with a decent ground and on course for their their third promotion on the spin. I can walk to the ground, it's £5 entry on the gate, i can stand up, it's friendly enough to take my young lad with me and you can have a pie and a pint at half time without needing a second mortgage. It's football how it should be.

How in that post did I blame the fans?? Not once did I say ANY fans AT ALL were to blame for our shit performances or the OP feeling depressed!

I (tongue in cheek) tried to make light heart of his feeling shit with the fact that were going to Wembley, BUT the ONLY people I know getting excited by it are the ones who haven't sat, week in week out, and endure this shit!!

Felt depressed since last September when the transfer window closed and it was clear we were screwed. Had 6 months to get over it, yet the problem is you don't get over it, it just lingers like a fart under the quilt.

any one else feeling more depressed each week I am

I'm the opposite. Maybe I'm just strange, but I am just smiling about the whole ridiculous thing. Gallows humour. My daughter is asking me how they got on and I just grin and say we lost again. It's a running joke.

Also been resigned to relegation anyway for a while now. Also happy in the knowledge that this season will be the last time I see most of these players in a sky blue shirt. Next season fresh start.

We're down and have been for some time. I find it feels a lot better if you just accept it and don't beat yourself over the head with it.

No depression from me at all, just lots of poitning and laughing.

That's just building resilience in the face of potetial trauma, which with CCFC is inevitable ;)

I get that they're all fans, but still, they're the only fans excited by the prospect of Wembley.
The handful of us that still go are ever more unhappy and depressed after the season from hell and can't think of a worse ending to the season than a hammering at the national stadium.
So it's a day out, but mainly a day out for fans that have no idea how bad this season has really been (the bandwagoners) the rest of us just have to keep popping those anti depressants!

Had a Fitbit for Christmas that measures your pulse and sleep patterns. Just downloaded yesterday's measurements and for a part portion of the second half my pulse was registering between 57 -64 bpm which means I was either asleep or dead.

The 1st is more likely but the 2nd seems more appealing when it comes to city at the moment

I've gone past depressed, I'm now suicidal. I might try and end it all at Wembley by jumping from the top tier (will have to swap tickets with the wife)

Or let the wife jump, that might cheer you up slightly??

I know it'd work for me!

I'm glad I'm not going to Wembley - what a farcical day. Laps of honour for players who have been a lamentable failure all season.

I can't for the life of me get my head around the idea that any fans, "bandwagonners" or otherwise, aren't aware of the shit we're in.

I never said 'the shit were in' but how shit we actually are. My barber (who is going to Wembley) didn't even realise we' d lost 4-1 to Oxford already this season, let alone did he have a clue at how bad we were that day! So I suggest you 'get your head around it' whether you believe it or not!
50% (if not more) of 'fans' that have got tickets to Wembley have only been to wycombe (if at all) and only know this season from what they've read in the telegraph and on Facebook!

I've got tickets and wish we hadn't got there, I'm sick of hearing all about it.

Not depressed - but feel guilty I talked my mate into getting a ticket (and he's still thinking of getting one with me, even after the Southend game!). Lucky that i've got a few positive things going on in my life, so have managed to tuck City away in a corner of my mind where it can;t affect the other parts (otherwise I would be a manic depressive). At some point - I tell myself - the worm will turn, and then we can all have a group hug and be happy!

Same as Otis and Harry. I'm resigned to it and am generally not bothered about the remaining games (bar 2nd April). Doesn't bother me. Looking forward to seeing what Robins does in the summer.

And like Harry, had some good news. Me and Mrs WM have just had an offer accepted on our first house. Happy days.

Don't want to piss on your chips but getting acceptance is the easy bit dealing with the solicitors is the tough bit we are currently buying and selling this is our fourth move and each has got harder and more expensive

But good luck

I planned on moving to a model village once, but as soon as my missus found out that Kate Moss, Cindy Crawford and Kim Kardashian were residents there she quickly pulled the plug on it.

Cheers TGP. It's looking like we'll be using the same solicitors as the seller and our independent mortgage advisor today said that bar the survey, everything else should go to plan. As we're first time buyers and the seller wants to complete ASAP, we're hoping to get it done by mid-May. Fingers crossed.

Hope you get yours sorted.
