Didn’t CCFC sign a document to suggest that they wouldn’t take further legal action against WaspsOk Stuart adamant it’s not the indemnity clause that is the issue but that Ccfc won’t promise to not take any further legal action. I think he’s wrong and it’s probably also wrong to stipulate that as part of any agreement to play at Ricoh but we shall see. Was he referring to nick when he was talking about the social media guy?
