It is criminal that we have the best team in years and its fans can't / won't watch them at home, its teams like this that build on our supporter base bringing back lost fans winning new fans our self-imposed exile to northants killed off 90% of our support.

And you are constantly causing divisions and trying to make people feel guilty. It's got nothing to do with morals or principles. This situation is down to SISU, ACL and CCC. They are to blame, not the fans. So, leave it out and take your anger out on SISU, not ordinary supporters.

Too right. And how many Coventry City fans were so desperate to see their team at the Ricoh turned up last season on average? Anyway, this was a footy thread, wasn't it?

Actually your assumption is wrong because that was the intention of my post.

will the Sixfields 1,000 protest against the situation at today's game or will they come onto here and the phone ins and say how good the parking facilities are at cobblers. 2 more years of this there will be no elvis no Leon no callum we will be struggling in Div 2 with falling gates but as long as you have supported the lads.

Because none of the players would leave if no fans attended games? None of our players have been sold in the past either?

You are moaning about falling gates but having a dig at people who go to games?

Don't get your logic. I don't go because I cannot be bothered with the distance. If anyone really wanted to go they could.

My point is anyone/ everyone couldn't go even if they wanted to. If everyone of last seasons Season ticket holders decided they wanted to go to Northampton they couldn't. Not big enough. ergo SISU don't care about fans. Those that go seem happy with that and show an I'm alright Jack attitude...IMHO.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere we only had 6-6.5k season ticket holders last season, so if correct they could all be accommodated at Sixfields.

Man Utd couldn't accommodate all of their fans if they decided they all wanted to go.

Long as you can 'support the lads.'
Playing home games out of our city is just so wrong.
Anyone who condones this is wrong. You are colluding with Sisu. & they will dump you as and when.

Had your medication today? Did you have the cameras on to the secret meetings at Sixfields where everybody worships Tim Fisher like some sort of cult or are you just a bit over the top?

I don't think anybody does think city playing in Northampton is the best idea do they?

What a pathetic comment to make, I agree with you 'Spion Kop' but some people have low morals and principles.

Why is it pathetic? Is it as pathetic as suggesting fans who are going to watch their team have a secret agreement with SISU?

The way I read the post I don't think 'Spion Kop' was suggesting fans who go to Northampton have a secret agreement with Sisu, just that they are aiding them in prolonging our stay away from Coventry. Why the medication comment just because you don't agree?

Sorry, the medication comment was a bit harsh maybe but some of the comments are totally over the time. Colluding means conspiring doesn't it?

Just imagine if he went on even further and tried to make fellow ordinary Cov fans look stupid or small or even call them hypocrites, hey Torch. That would be called creating divisions too, would it not ? I like people who are passionate about something they believe in and stick to their guns (not saying you are or are not) but have a dislike for people who just go out of their way to make people look small and play some sort of shit game of getting on over or up on someone.

Ok lets not say 6000 season ticket holders lets say the 11000 regulars you quote in another thread. The current situation means most of us / them couldn't get in at Sixfields. That is a disgrace.

comparing us to Man U is a bit silly? ...... however I remember when Man U were not in the top division and there was plenty of room at old Trafford.... However if we had had their success over the past decade I suggest "even the Ricoh" would not be big enough.

Just a thought, perhaps the Hill could be developed, in a modular fashion of course. Could include a bar, food and be let out for non football events.

    Should be a money earner.
