Been surprised how little Wycombe have looked long for Akinfenwa. Ainsworth slowly transitioning away from last year's style of play?

Great balls in by Hiwula. Strikers should be busting a gut to score

And what if they make the run and he plays behind them? His heads down when he crosses - it’s only a good ball if the runs made. It’s all a bit frantic from him.

Keep as we are and I think it’ll come. They’ve offered little and have the inevitable one attacking tactic. Plus loads of time wasting.

Hiwula looks good and Thomas has the beating of his man with absolute ease. We need to use them more and hope JCH/Chaplin can capitalise on a chance.

Bayliss is anonymous, but I’m not sure Andreu would offer much more and Kelly is too defensive.

With the wide players having a good game, we need the strikers to gamble and make runs to get into the end of it. There's no point standing watching Thomas take a man on, get in there and either lose your defender or take a defender away from the other striker.

JCH has to put in a shift to justify his place and so far he has not. He seems to not be on the thinking of others around him? He's a league 2 player for me. Jordy Hiwula is streets ahead in his reading of the game. At least two of his crosses should have been converted.
Wycombe will frustrate, foul, waste time and hope for a point. We must keep the ball down.

Lol. If anything it’s Chaplin that looks league two player. Hiwula is head down and hit and hope.

No, they are good balls if they are in a dangerous area. Strikers should be there on instinct. We moan all the time about poor crossing and when we finally have some good balls in the box people complain that they weren’t read by the strikers.

Chaplin laid it out wide then but just stood watching rather then running into the box

If I was Ainsworth I'd get Akinfenwa dropping on to Brown like Rhead/Lincoln did against us last year.

If we were half decent at finishing we’d be out of sight by now.

Odds on a mistake gifting them a 1-0 win?

Well that would be more Chaplin as the number 9 would go deeper for the higher cross of it came

No it would be either of them. Just face it, JCH has been no better than Chaplin today stop trying to defend him.

I’m not - I don’t think either are to blame for that as previously stated

Strange how every other fan on this forum commenting on the game thought they were good crosses.

You can lie on the ball as long as it's in your own penalty area. Thomas should have had a go though.

Slightly worrying the best diagonal passes made by our centre half.

Superb ball from Sterling to find Hiwula who skied another effort

Hiwula shoots high and wide on his left

Should be shooting quicker

Yeah Hiwula clearly isn’t head down and hope

He’s ahead of all the other forwards in his thinking

Yep, their player basically just lay down on the ball. Anywhere else and it's a foul. Ref was nowhere near it.
