formation is working well...
mason and sterling need to both work on their delivery...
mason has been skinned a few times..
sterling solid defensively awful going forward.

From what I can see there a few things I would be changing going forwards.

Grimmer and Brown need to be given a go at full back, I don't really see what the new boys offer. They get forwards a bit but the final quality is not there.

Hiwula should be playing up front, not out wide in the 3 behind Bakayoko. I'd switch him and bring a winger on for Bakayoko.

We have too many strikers and I think it's going to upset the apple cart if there are too many not playing. JCH and possibly one other need to go out on loan.
