Well we’ve had enough luck to last 10 games. They’ve missed chance after chance and we’ve had one individual goal and a fluke

We’ve looked very poor. Mason and Davies terrible and Williams looks the most accomplished of the 3. Meyler looks 50 the way he moves

Still I’d imagine we will win from here
Yeah meyler has been very slow on the ball, holds onto it too long

Not sure if either fullback has prevented a cross. Williams decent debut. Got to get Thomas, Baylis and hiwula running at and turning defenders. They look as nervy as is at the back. Meyler clearly not fit. Burge doing well. Shipley covering for meyler a lot.

Fleetwood have looked more dangerous though not necessarily much better

Great goal Hiwula and he's playing well. Not seen much of Bakayoko apart from his astonishing goal.

Giving the ball away too much in middle of the park and often end up chasing backwards towards our own goal - Bayliss giving it away a lot

Burge excellent so far. Some confident claims and several good stops. No particular problems kicking -yet- and he's had a lot of it to do as well as we pass it hurriedly backwards

Meyler looks composed and some good touches but he's legs look gone.

Mason I don't think is ready yet. Williams looked decent. Davies still looks rusty but I'll take being in front

Fuck me what a great goal Hiwula scored... Baka his usual non entity but stole a goal just need to shore the defence up and stop Shipley being a chicken

After the gluttony of glorious chances we missed at their place it's about time someone returned the favour

MR needs to be brave, tweak the formation to cut out the wide men, and pull Meyler off (tee hee) if he's flagging.

He’s looked off the pace since day one and unfortunately that hasn’t changed. He’s not had game time, so it shouldn’t be too much of a surprise. He’s doing enough of a job though bearing in mind the lack of alternatives.

I like Westbrooke and hes good on the ball, but Shipley as the anchor in the middle might be a risk. Although I always think he looks better in the middle, so it’s not a bad option when Meyler gets knackered.

There is hardly a plethora of options on the bench

Meyler & Davies haven't had enough game time so are bound not to be match fit. clearly not firing on all cylinders tonight, but still competitive and winning. Honestly don't get all the constant negative posts.

Don't think I'm being overly negative. Complemented meyler touches and use of ball, but clearly can't run.

Need to see more from Thomas. He’s too narrow. I’d like to see more from Bakayoko too, although he is isolated.

Williams looks good considering his inexperience.

A lot of their threat is down our left, Mason isn’t the strongest positionally, and there isn’t much shielding from the midfield two in front of him (Shipley and Hiwula).

Fleetwood look dangerous, but very poor at the back. Increase the tempo, pressure their defence and it’s a comfortable win.

Hmmm. Funny old game.

Goals: 1st goal a gift. Looked like Meyler's man for theirs, just drifted towards the ball for the goal and left the man free. Great run and strike from Hiwula, just wish he was better with his back to goal so he could get more time centrally.

This formation fails us whenever we are put under pressure and the defence drop deep. The gaps between the lines became huge again and our attacking players get sucked deep and get on the ball in non threatening positions.

Not sure what Mason's stand out qualities are: neither fast or tall, makes good runs forward but not comfortable enough on the ball in the final 3rd, gives a lot of needless fouls away and wayward defensively. Gets absolutely no support from Hiwula though to be fair to him.

Bakayoko shows his centre forward skills
