CCFC saying it's a 7.30 kickoff? I would have thought it would be 7.45??

Don't think we should be going into this game either thinking it's going to be an easy win.

I can see a tough 1-0 with a scrappy goal.

Is it not on at all then? Only the “Buy Tickets” link on the website but says iFollow will be available before the game?

To be fair I’m seeing the bird for the first time in two weeks tonight, so she probably wouldn’t be best pleased to spend it watching the Carabou Cup.

Good on you. Players need all the support they can get this season and it's probably going to be low 1,000-2,000 crowd. Every bum on a seat makes a difference!

Of course it’ll be excellent to win and go through. Will any sleep be lost if we don’t?

Weekend games only for me this season. Although I’d like to see us do well in all games, I’d rather us not have a cup as a distraction

Going to be scary walking through the car parks after the game tonight.
It was bad enough walking through that builders yard and tree lined walk after the Southend game and it was a nice sunny afternoon.

Hopefully minor changes, Hyam for Rose, Pask (if fit) for Dabo, Eccles for Shipley, and Godden for Baka.

City 2 Exeter 1

Want to borrow my rape alarm?

It shouldn't be pitch black tonight but it will be in the winter, I can't remember there being street lights down there either.

May just try street parking tonight though!

Yes I agree Nick don’t fancy parking in Birmingham Wheels when it is pitch black . It is Peaky Blinders territory after all !!

Happy to see Eccles replace Shipley as well decent energy but bar that doesn’t really offer much passing & finishing is average

Get your flat peaked hat ready then

You wouldn't think they would open at night because of health and safety, surely?

- took a while but got just got this reply from the train company about trains to and from Bordesley - this of course covers the first game - just wondered if people were aware of the train service?

Thank you for your email.

I can tell you that for Coventry’s first ‘home’ game of the season we plan to call eight trains from Birmingham additionally at Bordesley before the match and four afterwardstowards Birmingham

We will review the plan as the season progresses and look to make any changes if necessary.

Seeing as Wilson, Pask, Hyam, McCallum & Eccles played no part in the under 23 game yesterday, they must all have a good chance of playing tonight.

Possibly even Burroughs too!

I don't want us to put out too much of a weaker team. I want us to win.

When we messed about last year it went against us (forest green and Walsall) and then a bad run started.
