Guessing the 67 season when we got promoted.
If memory serves me right, lost at home to Huddersfield then didn’t loose again. But no doubt some statto will prove my memory wrong.
And my grammar is s***

We won 7 matches in a row in 97/98 but that included two fa cup matches. The run was ended by the 1-1 with Sheffield United in the fa cup quarter final.

Remember that, went to every match of that run, memory tells me it started v Cardiff 2-0 and ended in our first top division game v Burnley 1-2

Cov 3 Cardff 2. Two goals for the magical Gibbo on his return to the team. We got to 3-0, then two John Toshack goals pegged us back. We had lost to Crystal P\lace in the previous home game so needed to get back on track

If we play anywhere near our best. (Our best is getting better)Then I can’t see them living with us.

This is a confident team, that needs to continue to out and express ourselves. Encouraging how brave this team is after conceding a goal or even going a goal down like against Sunderland and Charlton.

2 nil Cov, not sure how many they will bring. But reckon 11k plus home fans.

Stick with the same starting line-up even if Willis is available, it would be harsh to drop Hyam.

I expect us to beat Doncaster by the odd goal, we need to keep the momentum going, until Robins wins October manager of the month.

I'd make one change we let in 2 on Tuesday so if fit would bring in Willis for Hyam may be a little harsh but fair overall I think

Burge GK
Sterling Rb
Brown LB
Willis CB
Davies CB
Doyle CM
Bayliss CM
Thomas RM
Hiwula LM
JCH ST
Chaplin ST

Subs: O'Brien, Hyam, Grimmer, Kelly, Jones, Shipley, Bakayoko

Why was Willis out yesterday was he injured, if he’s back Saturday it will be interesting what Robins does, I rate Hyam highly, I like Willis too and for me Davies is first name on the team sheet, nice problem for MR to have, other than that surely be an unchanged team

Willis had a tight hamstring,he will be playing Saturday.

no idea what you are doing there - it looks like you are taking the league table - reversing it - and then reversing it again - weird!

It is, but still far too confusing.

Can't you just put one up without all the numbers?

These are another team we've got a pretty poor record against, apart from doing the double over them in 2012/13 (including smashing them 4-1 at their place under Robins).

Really looking forward to this one....no reason why we shouldn't win...not a weak link at the moment as far as I can see, and a great bench! But this is football and we are Coventry City so who knows! 3-1 win!!

Not really. It's on the outskirts of the city. The football club play there too (while they are still allowed).
