Last few minutes of injury time, pushing for a winner...

We had 2 free kicks, a corner, and a couple of crosses. None were threatening at all, some were even Sunday league standard.

We need a real player clean out if we want to go up next season.

0-0 then. Needed the 3 to stand any chance but with our run in it was always unlikely. We’ve been too inconsistent however we’ve had a decent season looking at the bigger picture.

1. Sort the ground situation out
2. Clear out deadwood
3 recruit and also bring through 2/3 youngsters
4. Go for it next season

Sounds like we were playing 4-6-0 even with 3 strikers on the pitch. Robins has no plan B, no better than Pressley in that regard.

If we can actually buy a decent goalscorer and keep the rest of the team, I reckon we can challenge next season. My concern is that I reckon we'll lose a bunch of our good players in this transfer market. Therefore this will seem like a missed opportunity.

typical ccfc performance today. another great defensive performance (often overlooked) and JCH was as poor as he often was with us.

We just aren't clinical enough and something MR will work on in the summer no doubt.
