Why? Hiwula absolutely should have scored I agree, not sure why that means I should keep silent. If that gives you some sort of ego boost then enjoy.

I’m not fickle enough to suddenly say he’s shit though, he still offers more than the other strikers we have. Take that however you wish.

Really? Why the hell wasn't he in the squad? Assumed both Mason & Brown were injured.

McCallum has a lot of potential but throwing him into the lineup with no cover and a debutant playing in front of him is madness.

Hyam was good too and Willis. As Kelly can hit them why wasn’t he all game

I know a lot of people won't agree but I loved the football today. Yes it was frustrating at times and it lacked end product but I enjoyed what we are trying g to do.
Unfortunate that at least two of the main protagonists won't be here next season.

It's completely bizarre. Especially with a debutant playing on front of him.

Why make a sub 2 seconds after equalizing?

Hiwulas miss wasn’t just a one off, he’d been taking extra touches all game which screwed up many chances

What we tried to do didn't work though. Out to attacking wing backs to put a cross in over and over.

Wimbledon were awful.

May as well left Bright on instead of Hiwula the lesser of 2 evils

And there’s no way any other team pass up that winning chance in any league down to schools football

Slow the game down

Did you not see Willis sprint to get the ball to take a throw and robins tell him not to and kept the Ball?

Totally agree with that assessment, good game wobbly at the back at set pieces, weak up front, Kelly goes unpunished for some poor passes but hit the bar and forced a save. Chaplin? Can't find anything positive to say.

He was already getting ready to come on when we scored, so had planned on doing it for a couple of minutes already

I've always mocked the people desperate for him to return but we miss him massively. Would make such a huge difference to this team.

Robins has wasted the money we got for McNulty. If this is down to the recruitment team then clearly changes need making there.

Totally agree with that, his signings have been poor. 2 of them don’t even make the bench in Ogogo and Brown.

Technically he’s good, he has pace and intelligent movement and link play, especially if up front. Was today his best game? No. Should he have scored twice? Yes.

However just because I like a player, that doesn’t make me blind to their faults and, in the case of Hiwula, he absolutely can improve his finishing. Equally, if I don’t like a player, it doesn’t make me blind to the benefit they can offer e.g. JCH is a waste of space a lot of the time, but when he wants to be he can be a real handful with his size.

As I’ve said to you before, often your over zealous dislike of a player makes your view subjective and bias.

Edit: I’m out to drown my sorrows now, so I’m out of the discussion until later. Don’t want you worrying I’m ignoring you.

Fans are far more lenient on Hiwala and Chaplin than clarke Harris and Bakayoko

Hiwula is terrible. He can’t play with his back to goal, he’s lazy off the ball and has no real pace. His only credit in the bank was that he’s scored some goals but today missed two absolute sitters.

Get rid

Shocking cock up by Hiwula at the end, Chaplin is a waste of money, he doesn't look or play like a striker, Robins has been had with his pants down.

Wimbledon are the worst team that I’ve seen this season. We allowed ourselves to be dragged to their level.

All boils upto a lack of confidence in front of goal, or is it just a lack of talent.

What a joke

Wimbledon were awful and we bottled it, players were scared to miss and didn't want to take responsibility

Spot on. We played very well, just composure and final ball let us down. If we played like that every week we will be absolutely fine and will progress with better quality players or more experience with the existing bunch.

You think we will do this vs teams that don't sit back and defend?

Why doesn’t he go out and find an experienced league one forward then, instead of young rejects?

Wimbledon were awful and allowed us to play like that, other teams won't let us do that.

That was a shit game of football and we were awful but we’re still 8th after being promoted. Still not the end of the world. I’m probably only in a better mood because I don’t have to drive home.

Immensely frustrating. Letting in the early goal was bad enough (although arguably could have helped us over the course of the game as we had to attack and they had something to sit back and defend) but the standard of shooting, desire to get onto crosses and following up was just utterly utterly dreadful.

A team with a half decent striker would've scored 3 or 4 against them today. This needs rectifying on the training pitch pronto and frankly I'd have all the strikers and Thomas in for shooting practice and not let them off the training pitch until they'd scored ten in a row. Diabolical and every single one of those forwards should be hanging their head in shame after that..

I actually felt like we played ok in spells, especially down the right hand side, end of the day, if we had forwards who were confident to shoot on goal we’d have beaten them today.
