I don't understand the issue Swansea fans had with Grimes tbh, but really like Galbriath. Thought he looked a class above last season for Leyton Orient and looked like a perfect Grimes backup/improvement when dropping into that midfield role today. Might even go and sign him on Football Manger now...

That's a strong team. Think people being too down on bidwell. He won't offer us same passing and control but he's still a solid left back.

Speaking of solid his performance he included about 4 body slams blocking the Swansea player trying to get past.
He's a bloody brick shithouse.

just shows what we know, that squad was nowhere near at the start of the season, now it’s the best in the league but every team targets our left side still.brau does no worse than bidwell today, and if we do go up we havent got one player who’s at the level to start, total re build in the summer

What was with Swansea's Death Row clobber? Well embarrassing, looked like the stuff they knock out in Primark nowadays

Snoop Dogg acquired the iconic Death Row Records in February 2022, the same label that launched his career with albums like Doggystyle in the 90s, purchasing the brand from Blackstone-controlled MNRK Music Group to regain ownership of his legacy and revitalize the legendary hip-hop label. He's now positioned to guide its future, focusing on positive evolution, releasing new music, and honoring its significant, albeit tumultuous, history, aiming to make it relevant again under his stewardship.

Galbraith and Stamenic both good for Swansea today.

Stamenic looks very composed on the ball and covers the ground well. I can see why we tried to sign him.

So no good reason really then. Trying to be edgy and cool but having a massive swan on it

Just about to say something similar.
On the ball today he was pretty dire.
You can tell he's been coached to try to receive the ball higher up the pitch on the touchline, but boy did he look uncomfortable trying to do it!
Defensively he did ok - still a few hairy moments though.

Thought Kitching ran EMC close to being M.O.M. today too.

did anyone else think the floodlights looked a bit weird today?? seemed like big patches of shadow down both sides of the pitch, more like an old style 'pylons in the corners' ground. I thought they' been uprated last year but it looked quite dark in places.

I don't think we do!
MVE and Rushworth, yes. (and dare I say EMC)
Grimes is best at what he does..
A few others are up there, but there are better individuals than Torp, Kitching, DaSilva, Eccles, Wright, Simms....

But these boys are now very well coached and compliment each other and work very effectively as a unit. (IMO)

Had four blokes sat behind me moaning like fuck for the first 40 minutes on how shite we were and every time Swansea did something they complimented it. Was ruining my match day experience with the annoying shite being spouted.

When they all dissapeared for a group piss and missed the goal I did not feel bad for them.

They were better 2nd first half but that's the difference a goal up in a frustrating match does.

Bidwell was good, again, it was the game before the last two (Wrexham?) where he looked a problem. Bit we had many that game… great stuff today. Squad is looking really good at the moment just need cover for Sakamoto!

Feel like Simms is getting a bit of unwarranted stick - unlucky with the header, fed off scraps all game.

Rudoni has been poor to terrible since he came back from the calf but gets away with it based on reputation and the hot streak last year. Looks slow and ponderous on the ball, floats around not doing much. Hope he can play his way out of this form as he’s our only natural 10 or we can get him some competition in Jan.

Bidwell is dreadful but Frank is going to play him so just going to have to deal with it. Still believe Brau can’t be any more of a bombscare than him and would actually offer something going forward.

Despite all the above moaning, good win again, win on Monday and I think I’ll officially really really believe we’re going up.

Thought he’d missed a sitter in the ground, but watching the highlights he gets a lot of pace on it, on another day it flies past the keeper. Great reaction save.

Think their goalie had a really solid game, didn’t get a lot wrong, dealt with our corners well, was never saving that EMC rocket.

Wright should start because he makes the runs. Simms better last half hour when nobody makes the runs

He’s leaning back and does the right thing in heading it back down, it’s not the sitter some thought it was.

Can’t really think of anything he did well. He also blocked EMC’s follow up off the line after the Vigoroux save from Simms.

I like Rudi but don’t think he’s above criticism - personally I think he’s playing through a few injuries (shoulder/calf) because the player from Boro at home last season and the one I watched today look like two different blokes. And that’s not just down to the terrible trim.
