Nick you and Zack and a few others are suggesting fans of our club are wrong for
having a moan,after the utter fucking shitstorm we have had to endure.
Its not about supporting a club that win's,it's about supporting a club that try's to
compete,engage's with the fans and tries to build for the future.
This summer you will all be talking about a top 6-8 budget,but there will be
little mention of the starting point. ie other clubs will have a smaller budget
but will only have to add maybe 4 players to the 1st team squad.
How many do you think our budget will have to stretch to,not to mention
having to wait until the seasons started to get the loans in.
How anyone can even tentatively defend SISU is just beyond me.

Gates have fallen dramatically as cheap loans failed to inspire. At certain times you twist to accumulate, Sisu chose to stick, with predictable consequences.

No not really. Hate wasps more. Completely wrong and immoral to move a club from its traditional home. To leave the fans without a club they have supported their entire life. To expect them to travel miles to watch their home team. However sisus decision to move us to Northampton made business sense. The club was saddled with an unsustainable rent deal and no other option within the city boundary. Something had to give. A big decision had to be made. Yes in the short term it might have been costly but sisu had to think long term about the clubs future. I didn't personally go Northampton but if it was within walking distance I would have. Hell I'd even of kitted out the family in merchandise.

Absolutely agree with all of this.So you're either a wasps fan then or completely misinformed.
Let's look at your claim then that moving the club to Northampton made good business sense because the club was saddled with unsustainable rent and there was no other options within the city. One, the club was no longer saddled with the rent when SISU moved it to Northampton. The rent agreement was dissolved by administration which happened long before we moved to Northampton. Two, you say there were no other options inside the City. Err yes there was, it's the option we eventually took after a season and a couple of games of financial ruin in the self imposed exile in Northampton (that's the opposite of good business sense just in case you aren't keeping up) the problem was SISU never pursued this option despite offers from ACL being made through both the administrators before a single CCFC fan had to consider stepping into Northampton and then later in the season through the FL. The second was even denied as being made by SISU until the FL confirmed that the offer had been made. At no point did a counter offer come back from SISU.
Northampton was a disaster for the club. Not just financially, it removed us as anchor tenant at the Ricoh making it easier to sell to an outside entity and it caused divisions.
The fact that you don't understand all this is quite frankly mind blowing considering you're supposed to be a CCFC fan. They're pretty basic facts in the debacle that was Northampton.

We have a budget and squad comfortable of competing at the top end this season, Mowbray and the players haven't delivered in the second half season.
What have SISU done in this second half of the season that's anything different to the first half of the season?
I apologise though if you were bemoaning SISU's lack of investment in the side whilst we were smashing Gillingham 4-1 to go top of the league back in November.
It's also worth pointing out that people need to change their attitude of "throw money at something and it's guaranteed success". They quite simply isn't true in football unless it's money on a scale that the likes of a minute few have and none of us are surely silly enough to expect that kind of investment (which would break FFP anyway) ..... are we?
