Whilst I dont expect us to be 100% constantly. I also dont expect us to piss every game 5-0. I dont expect every ge to be easy, even against a team thats been on the beach side February. I do expect better than what we were just given! Players half arsed, leggy, walking, forced passes, short passes, dreadful infront of goal. On a day with so much fucking hype, and that dross is what the fans were served up. This team has done things the majority of us didn't expect. But let's call a spade a spade, that was one of, if not the worst performance of the season. Such a fucking anti-climax. Yet Ipswich are now turning it on as they know it needs turning on, we're churning out dross like that v one of the worst teams in Championship records. For that reason, im done with football for the day and am signing off!

Nah, bollocks to that, promotion is practically home and hosed for you, no matter what we do today.
Looking at the stats from your game though, are you sure you haven't borrowed ours, by mistake?
We didn’t play well played like we’d just turn up and win

the blessing is you have Ipswich away from home

Promotion isn’t done till it’s mathematically done

Boro could get some momentum if they win today
Promotion will happen, probably (but not definite) the title too, but fuck me we do things the hard way.

I think we will do it away from home as teams park the bus at our place, and we don't have the strikers with the movement required to make that half a yard when room is tight.

I think we need to give them a bit of a break. We have had the most fantastic season imaginable. I think they are entitled to an off day.

Just a shame it was today. I honestly don't think it was down to complacency..

I just think that maybe the occasion got too much for us..There was such expectancy.
I think there were three attacking chances:

Rudoni trying to hit under the wall
Haji trying a volley and fluffing
BTA trying a volley and missing

all of those smacked of complacency. No way would they have done that against Boro. We’ve had a good season, but that was a complacent performance.

Thought the whole forward line was poor

Bear in mind some on here are convinced when we get to the prem and inevitably lose a few there won’t be a meltdown!! 10 points clear with 4 to play following a draw at home to a poor side but playing under zero pressure. Frustrating - yes. A problem - no.
This. ⬆️

They’ve proven they can put runs together however I think we’ll get a point minimum in our next 4 games

but we’ll have to play better than that
Wed have to lose the last 4 gamesand them win 5 in a row .. theres more chance of seeing you on here when the teams playing well than that happening mate

The title is more important than Promotion
Only because you get promoted anyway, so both is better than one by itself, which is a no-brainer.

In a straight choice between promotion or the pot, it's promotion every time surely and not even close?

If someone gave you a choice; finish second to Ipswich and go up OR finish first, but on a technicality stay down without the financial windfall of the Prem, etc, Champo again next season (but your name stays on the pot) no one in their right mind would pick the second option.

We do if they showed vague interest in the game.

Can't recall their keeper making a save of note. Thought it could be one of those days before the game, but didn't expect that. Expect Boro to win today so on to Friday, which will be tough. Still just a matter of time, but would rather get it wrapped up to save all the stress and what ifs.

These are the occasions a professional lives for. Not turning up to it is just bizarre.
