It wasn't always, but our implosion and the level of it has been unprecedented.Yeah think it was always going to be us and them. Just need to make sure we're first
I apologise on behalf of Tommy Conway, he was aiming it at his cat.
You must be disappointed Ipad! Can't believe it myself personally I always thought us and Mboro was the automatic places.I apologise on behalf of Tommy Conway, he was aiming it at his cat.
Slap a £20 million 'hands off' price tag on Conway and I'm sure Blues will come knocking. It wasn't always, but our implosion and the level of it has been unprecedented.
Our final game against Wrexham will probably be a shootout for 6th and one I'm not the slightest bit confident of winning tbh.
Still with the Wembley curse it wouldn't matter that much.
We need to start preparing for next season now, a month before everyone else, as the head start could be everything, especially against sides that don't know which league they will be in next season yet. Make enquiries to ship Conway out to a League One side hunting promotion to recoup a bit of funds to add to our main cash injections for the summer and Gibbo has to throw the kitchen sink at it money wise for next year I feel. Put pre-offers in with sides with decent strikers as an absolute priority now.
You didn't, tbh I expected you to win that as you always do. Plus even without any curse, it was your lot, away from home to boot, that result wouldn't have defined our season. If you don’t laugh you’d cry.
We really ended your automatic hopes that night we beat you at the CBS.
I fear unless something drastic changes you are sleep walking into a play off semi final defeat unless of course you do a Sunderland.
Time for Hellberg to step up and show he has the minerals to start getting results.
You ever thought of taking his banjo off him?I apologise on behalf of Tommy Conway, he was aiming it at his cat.

We ended them ourselves, repeatedly, against all the supposed cannon fodder at the bottom of the league.
We may not even make the playoffs as yet tbh, it's a very real possibility. Prepare for next season, spare no expense and do it now if we want to get out of the traps next time out. With the sides coming down we need to aim at more than 50 points by christmas.
So did I, up until Connor Coady gave Charlton an undeserved win exactly a month ago today it seemed to be written in the stars. You must be disappointed Ipad! Can't believe it myself personally I always thought us and Mboro was the automatic places.
When are hackney and Whittaker due back? You need to reset before it's too lateYou didn't, tbh I expected you to win that as you always do. Plus even without any curse, it was your lot, away from home to boot, that result wouldn't have defined our season.

You'd have to say that also probably puts Ipswich most of the way there too unfortunately.
Don't know tbh, Hellberg is pretty quiet on that and who can blame him? When are hackney and Whittaker due back? You need to reset before it's too late
Way too early to be looking to next season yet
You are right! its all about how you start the season and get enough points to see you through the bad daysSo did I, up until Connor Coady gave Charlton an undeserved win exactly a month ago today it seemed to be written in the stars.
After that...Well, I know about how Boro kick us in the nuts from nearly half a century of supporting them and know the signs when I see them.
I wouldn't bank on us against Ipswich mate, they'll rip us to shreds right now. Score wise anyway, we'll probably absolutely dominate them all over the pitch as usual, whilst Conway and Strelec trip over their own bootlaces and Brynn somehow seems to have the sun in his eyes both halves, if indeed that were possible.Boro go there next week and they’re away at Southampton as well as Baggies and Portsmouth who are both still fighting for their lives. Still all to play for. Surely Boros lucky has got to turn soon as well ?!
It isn't game set match, but it is advantage Ipswich for sure.Boro go there next week and they’re away at Southampton as well as Baggies and Portsmouth who are both still fighting for their lives. Still all to play for. Surely Boros lucky has got to turn soon as well ?!
You can still get something there. They are not unbeatable.I wouldn't bank on us against Ipswich mate, they'll rip us to shreds right now. In terms of promotion, if it were a Wimbledon final, it would be a little more than advantage tbh, it would be the final game of the set that sends us out, it would 40-love to them and we'd be playing with a leg in plaster I'm afraid mate.It isn't game set match, but it is advantage Ipswich for sure.
They aren't unbeatable (even at home) but we on the other hand are very beatable right now. It's more or less a challenge to Ipswich if they can score past us in 90 minutes, as though we'll have 30 odd shots and an xG of 2+ we're not going to score whatsoever. Walton will also have the absolute game of his life in goal, the same as most other keepers do against us.You can still get something there. They are not unbeatable.
They have also had a lot of decisions go their way of late, so are due a bit of ill luck for once.
Just got back and I’ve still got “Wednesday are massive…” ringing in my ears, Jesus Christ.
You have used Wright and effort in the same sentence????Did wright have any efforts at all?
I was replying to the assertion that Simms was worse, he managed to be more involved in the game and fluff a couple of chances from the scraps, I've stuck up for Wright with fans who sit near me but it was hard to see him looking a bit lost today if I'm honest. He probably had the fewest touches on the pitch, I'm not sure what he was expected to do. It's easy to turn on the strikers when they don't even get scraps to feed on but the problems were elsewhere in tactics
I knew those magpies would be useful for something!Don’t worry, I’ve just seen two magpies!
IpswichBoro ?
I thought they were singing something else, naughty word, similar two syllable.Just got back and I’ve still got “Wednesday are massive…” ringing in my ears, Jesus Christ.
We absolutely would have won that game, we missed Tats energy badly. It might actually have been a game for Jamie Allen to come off the bench. Think it's pretty clear Onyeka is knackered and/or carrying a knock. Simms and Wright low on confidence.Sakamoto the big miss today. With him in, I think we win. Holds shape, makes the opposition stretch across the pitch which leaves the midfield less congested. There were times when BTA and Rudi could have held hands. Pulls us out of formation and makes low blocks really difficult to break down. We underestimate (or maybe we don’t!) the balance he gives which is crucial to our press. Plus is work rate is super human.
Best away fans I’ve ever seen, never Stopped
Wasn’t just singers? whole ground was flatAnd no response from singers corner when they sang "where were you when you were shit"
