Felt very flat leaving that. Best thing about the game was all the coppers coming out at the end... lads no one is invading the pitch for that 😆
Slow, ponderous, very predictable. Thought MvE and Rudi were involved in the little good we did, CBs both ok. Grimes, Onyeka poor. Dasilva, EMC pretty wank on the left. BTA wank on the right. Wright really poor, Simms was probably slightly better but has the absolute shittest shooting technique.
On to Blackburn let's get this done ASAP.

They were so monotonous.

Lads, mix it up a bit.
Thought the same. It’s one thing being loud but to sing the same song all game.

Our performance completely sapped the atmosphere out. What a weird game/performance. Last 15 was much better but still overall poor. Put this to bed next Friday.

Grimes was decent enough I thought. Interceptions, kept things ticking over, tried some incisive passes. The forwards across the board were the let down today.

Grimes mve and Rudoni were good
Just wish Rudoni would stay in the box or on the edge of it
Was working fine with mve getting in
Torp was good but didn’t have long enough
Onyeka off it
Emc strangely off it too
Other back 3 fine

Very unlike Grimes though in terms of passes that went astray. I counted three. Three very easy passes that went straight to the opposition.

Besides that, I thought he was okay, but I would have to mark him down for those very poor passes.

Yeah, could remember a couple of loose ones but thought he had a decent game

Relax. Move on to Blackburn.

credit to SW. we looked nervous and didn’t impose ourselves, must remember these players must be so nervous! See you Friday

Both our wings were not utilised today.
MVE struggled with BTA not coming in and hugging the line.

for some reason JDS dint make as many runs or crosses as normal.

Would you push a button that gave you a billion quid nine times out of ten but changed your sex once out of ten?

I dunno man it’s not a thing. Having been top of the league almost all season and having missed the only title win in my lifetime a few years ago thanks to a global pandemic I want the title.
I'm not denying that the title is important to you. But Promotion is the huge carrot IMHO, whilst the title is great, but not as vital in shaping your club.

Lessons learned:
1) Saka was sorely missed today.
2) Need a new front line. Wright, BTA and Simms are not Premier League quality.
3) Markelo is a strange signing. Is Yang worse? Esse not much better.

Team needs to realize the job’s still not done. I want the trophy damn it. Finishing 2nd would be disappointing.
Esse does not cut the mustard for me, mostly backwards passing today and no threat going forward

Just got home. Man did we miss Saka today - his urgency, direct nature and work ethic was everything we lacked.

On to Blackburn, looking forward to it - they’ll be disappointed with that today so feel it’ll be a different performance.

Oh well. I wanted promotion to be confirmed based on our game so it looks like we get that at Blackburn happy days.

Performance was poor, crowd was just as bad. I'm just getting over the flu so I couldn't get involved. I'm pretty sure I even heard someone boo at FT

Another point, happy days, in a great mood, roll on Friday. And Leicester are losing!!

Stop being so sensible and be a bit angry, like so many others.

Today was a point gained. Boro are knocked out of it now and Millwall, because of their vastly inferior GD, are effectively knocked out of it too.

Just saw an iPad fall out the sky and land straight into my back garden, looked like it had been launched from somewhere or north…Any ideas @Ipad Boro

😂
