Comfortable win 4-0. No idea if they're any good and it's too early in the season to tell from league position. Vinny and Kelly are both due a goal and a double from Andreu.

I think we may see Andreu start this game ahead of Bevon, no reason just think we may.
I think we will win this comfortably 2/3 nil

I think they'll be a test, scored in all of their games so far so I think our 100% clean sheet record will end during this game. Also had an impressive away win at Southend.

We'll be too much for them attacking wise though. 3-1 with goals from McNulty, The Duck and Andreu.

Unchanged from Grimsby unless McNulty is ruled out. Fancy another 2-0, Jones and another, probably McNulty. Can see Nouble getting a goal against us too because Sod's law.

3-1 to us, think they'll score from a set-piece. McNulty, Vincenti and Nazon with our goals.

It's a near certainty that Frank Nouble will score, ex players seem to notch against us and we're yet to concede in the league.

A difficult game, potential banana skin this one

4-0. Another clean sheet and things really starting to fire. Optimism and excitement for the season to go through the Arena 2000 sliding roof.

2-1. Much closer game and we will spend all weekend bemoaning the fact we let a goal in.

Very downbeat Saturday evening and Sunday and doubts starting to build as to whether we can go the rest of the season without letting in any further goals.

Think this might be a draw, but that could just be because the new guy at work is a Newport fan and he’s a good bloke.

Okay, applying that logic then, I have a Welsh auntie and she hates the English, therefore a trouncing is in order and I hereby change my 2-1 prediction to 7-0 to the City.

I'd keep the same team that won on Saturday. Andreu will have to wait for his chance.

4-0 city.

Jones to get a Brace, Doyle hammers one in from a loose ball in the box and McDonald header from a corner.

Everyone still moaning because Boddy isn't handing out flyers outside the stadium

Looking at Newport's form at the end of last season, which was tremendous, and their start to this season, I think if we shouldn't be over-confident. We should be able to win, but they have had over 40 shots at goal in their 2 games so far, so I expect the defence to have a busier day. Hopefully a third win and still top of the table on Saturday evening.

3 or 4 nil, i can't decide. Early goal by McNulty to eradicate any faint doubt that a side such as Newport would have the audacity to think they could even gain a point at fortress Ricoh. 2 up at Half time with Big Rod opening his account, a second from McNulty and a delightful 25 yard free kick soaring into the top corner by substitute Andreu on his home debut.

OK applying that logic if you had a Welsh auntie, wouldn't you have a Welsh mum or dad ?
