It hits home how light/shite we are upfront when most predicted XIs have BTA in for the first game of the new season.

If MVE and KKH are both in the squad do you expect both to start?

Simms to start, score two in the first 10 mins and totally lose his mind, go full Ketsbaia and destroy a bunch of Monzo ads while offering the whole of block 14 out for a ruck.

Or Simms to start. Run a round a bit looking lost then substituted after 65 minutes for the other headless chicken

If we need a LB yes. As we went through this before he played 17 games at LB.

we have three left backs. KKH has not played a single minute of pre-season there, he won't get put there on Saturday, come on now

Simms needs to start with a lot of encouragement from Frank… he just needs to find the net to give him confidence. If he starts, get money on him first goalscorer

It's someone taking a shit dig. I said ages ago we would have cover as LB if needed and we kept MVE. But considering MVE will most probably be gone by then....

Anything can happen against Hull with this defence!

We still have a massive issue at CB and we started last season the same.

Thomas gets some fans going with the last gasp tackles and the odd goal but was culpable against Sunderland - think he's mid-table at best. Kitching is erratic - will never play at a higher level.

Who’s taking a shit dig? This was your exact response when I said Dasilva would start against Hull

‘Charity bet?

I'm more certain that KKH will start before DS on the left than any of the charity bets I've had on here and I've won every one I've had.’

Im just asking if you still think this is the case?

Gotta admit that when you look at everyone’s predicted starting XI it basically hasn’t changed since last season. Rushworth is just filling Dovin’s place, same for KKH with Van Ewijk, can’t say atm that either are upgrades.

Yeah there’s several weeks left of the window but it’s a bit frustrating we basically haven’t changed the quality of the team (so far), the CB and CF areas are glaringly obvious problems to fix imo.

Rushworth
MvE - Thomas - Kitching - Dasilva
Grimes
Torp - Rudoni
Sakamoto - BTA - EMC

Reckon we’ll win 2-0, Rudoni with the first early on Wright to score off the bench late on into the game, hopefully an exciting game with good atmosphere maybe a sellout?

I worry KKH won't be fit. Possibly Lati and definitely Eccles won't be fit. Wright I feel will be on the bench.
If MVE is off or unsettled, then we struggle at right back.
Hull have won all their pre-season matches which does not necessarily mean they will be better in real matches. I feel Hull will be better this season than last.
I feel we will need to score two to get points.

KKH is NOT playing LB on Saturday. The ONLY way he plays LB is if Dasilva, Bidwell and Breu all get injured in a freak incident.

Following me around seriously taking shit shots like a couple of others is fun?

I thought we would be getting rid of JDS and Bidwell. We didn't. It was one comment. You will find after that how I said JDS for me and Bidwell as cover as he never moans.

Now I'm supposed to have said he is starting on the left. Look above. If you want to carry on with this how about finding where I have said he is starting our next game especially as MVE will most probably be gone.

Don't worry am adding you to the Grendel list for my mental health.

Rushworth to give two away doing the hokey kokey in his own 6 yard box, Simms to score a few headers while practicing the new ‘statue’ celebration, Brexit Bobby with a late winner.

You missed out BTA going on one of his runs where he doesn't look up, runs around all their players gliding along like a Rolls Royce. He let's rip with a stunning shot hitting the target for once and the ball goes straight past Rushworth.

I’m sorry but you can’t keep playing the mental health card just because someone has responded to something you put on here. If it effects your mental health engaging with people on here maybe you should have a break
