Second half was pretty much all us and we thoroughly deserved the win

Yeah, it's a bit of a weird take to think they deserved to win.

They were the better team in the first half, and they're a good side, but second half they were second best by a good distance.

To be honest, we should’ve won by 3-4 goals. That penalty shouldn’t have been. Eccles bottled 2 great chances and in general, 3-2 seems like an unfair reflection of how the game actually went.

Those idiots at the Second Tier Podcast can spin on it. IIRC, they tried to discredit Robins for not going up with Vik & Hamer as well as the Lampard slander. They can kick rocks.

They had 2 shots the whole 2nd half so this is obviously nonsense.

We went 1-0 up with a ‘freak’ goal so yeah, they probably will outscore us on xG because they were chasing and they got a penalty (which shouldn’t have been).

FL post match reaction was spot on, we let them dictate how the game was played in the 1st half. 2nd half we took more control and created 4 or 5 really big chances and took 2 of them to win it.

No, I couldn't tell from the angle I had on it but the replay is quite clear.

The angle in that replay is basically the angle that the ref had. I have no idea how he couldn't see that the ball changed direction off rushworth.
