I think that's been one of our major plus points this season, as well as our ability to respond to any curve balls the opposition throw formation wise.

exactly second half we were different class and we’ve got saka and wright to come back, but if I’m lampard I’d show Doug the subs today and be begging for help in January,

It's happened with a few players I can recall and they've ended up with surgery.
Perhaps some players recover from the initial injury and dont need surgery but others do.

That's just my guesswork, there are actual physios on here who knows far more than me.
