It's a fudge because there's no scientific backing for a 1m distance.

Try again

We shall see in a few weeks when there isn’t a second spike

In a couple of weeks the things will of only just reopened.

We'll add time and the passage of it to the big list of things you don't understand.

54K Covid deaths according to the ONS. What are you expecting people to insensitively celebrate as “good” news exactly?

We all want people to be careful, millions of people don’t have to lose their jobs for that to be the case though, it’s safe to open According to SAGE so why the fuck shouldn’t we?

Because 54k deaths tell you that between SAGE and the government they’ve got it wrong at every stage?

You mean the WHO report that even the Doctor from the WHO said didn't show what people said it did?

I do find it funny that Dom thinks this is like a game of football and you must support your team and always stick to the same ideas.

I called it fucking horrendously wrong at the start and I'll admit that.

Also why does he think everyone else here doesn't what things to reopen? I have friends and family that are this close to losing everything and frankly his accusations are sick making to say the least.

Dom where's the evidence SAGE have agreed with you? The government makes political decisions based on things many different people tell them.

Table service using online apps? That'll be most pubs staying shut then as if they don't have it already how can they get it up and running in less than 2 weeks?

I know of two pubs that knew a few weeks ago that they were opening on the 4th and neither of them will be using an app, which is a good job as spoons can fuck off.

So if it is app purchase why can you be 1m away from people inside the pub but not do a socially distanced queue at the bar?

Yeah...

tbh I'd have been far happier to hear that they'd reduced it to 1m after considering medical evidence and other countries... not to hear keep it to 2m apart from when you want to make some cash!

This means that the advise they received was you should really keep it to 2m.

Johnson playing the clown and forgetting probably the most important question he's been asked today regarding this easing of restrictions been based on scientific advise rather than political pressure. What a grade A c**t he is.

Why does it seem that Starmer has a far greater knowledge of what is needed to reopen industries than the PM?

Embarrassing and people are asking him friendly questions and offering to support him
